At Scidart Academy, we are committed to delivering a high-quality learning experience. If you are not satisfied with a course, workshop, or subscription purchase, our Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines your rights and the procedures to request a refund.

By purchasing and enrolling in our courses or workshops, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Course and Workshop Cancellation & Refunds

For Workshops:

Cancellation Before Start:
If you cancel your registration at least 2 days before the scheduled start date of the workshop, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation After Start:
No refunds will be issued once the workshop has started.
However, in case of technical difficulties or unforeseen circumstances that prevent your participation, we may offer:
- Access to the workshop recording (if available).
- A transfer to a future session of the workshop.

For Online Courses:

Within 2 Days of Purchase:
You are eligible for a full refund if you request it within 2 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 30% of the course content.
After 2 Days or 30% Content Accessed:
Refunds will not be provided if you have accessed 30% or more of the course material, or if more than 2 days have passed since purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

Date of Purchase
Reason for Refund Request

Once we receive your request, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

3. Exceptions to Refunds

Technical Issues:
Refunds will not be granted for technical difficulties arising from the participant's device or internet connection.
Cancellation by Scidart Academy:
If we cancel a course or workshop due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund will be issued automatically.

4. Refund Method

All refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by the payment processor or financial institution.
