For Workshops:
Cancellation before the start of the workshop: If you cancel your registration at least 2 days before the workshop starts, you will receive a full refund.
Cancellation after the start of the workshop: We do not offer refunds once a workshop has started. However, if you face technical difficulties or cannot attend due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out to us, and we will try to accommodate you in a future session or provide you access to the workshop recording (where applicable).
For Online Courses:
Within 2 days of purchase: You may request a full refund if you decide that the course does not meet your expectations. Please ensure that you have not accessed more than 30% of the course content.
After 7 days of purchase: We do not offer refunds once you’ve accessed the course content for more than 30% of the course.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the receipt of your request.
Refund requests due to technical difficulties on the participant’s side (e.g., device, internet issues) will not be accepted. Please ensure that your device and internet connection meet the technical requirements for the course/workshop.
If the course/workshop is canceled by us, a full refund will be issued.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
