1. Introduction

Scidart Academy provides online educational content, courses, and workshops. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services, including any purchases and subscriptions made via our website or mobile app.

2. Subscriptions

Subscription Plans:
We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription options. Your chosen plan will determine the billing cycle and access duration.

Auto-Renewal:
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the billing period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.

Managing Subscriptions:
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Scidart Academy account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will occur thereafter.

In-App Purchases (IAP):
Subscriptions or course purchases made through the Apple App Store are governed by Apple's payment and subscription policies. Management and cancellation of IAP subscriptions must be done through your Apple ID account settings.

3. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds for Direct Subscriptions:

• Within 7 Days: If you request a refund within 7 days of purchase and have accessed less than 30% of the content, you are eligible for a full refund.

• After 7 Days or 30% Content Accessed: Refunds will not be provided. However, at our discretion, we may offer alternative compensations such as access to future sessions or new materials.

Refunds for In-App Purchases (IAP):
Refunds for purchases made via the Apple App Store must be requested directly through Apple following their official refund process.

Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. For subscriptions purchased through the App Store, cancellation must be performed through your Apple ID account settings.

Refund Method:
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method.

Refund Exceptions:
We do not offer refunds:

• For subscription charges after renewal dates.

• For issues arising from user-side technical problems (e.g., internet connectivity).

4. User Responsibilities

By using Scidart Academy, you agree:

• To use the platform only for lawful purposes.

• Not to misuse, redistribute, or exploit our content.

• To respect the intellectual property rights and usage guidelines of our services.

5. Modifications to Services and Subscriptions

We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services, including subscription plans and pricing, at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications.

6. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access if you:

• Violate these Terms.

• Engage in activities harmful to Scidart Academy or its users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Scidart Academy is not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use or inability to use our services.

• Any service interruptions, errors, or omissions beyond our reasonable control.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calicut, Kerala, India.
