1. Introduction

Welcome to Scidart Academy. By using our website or mobile app and subscribing to our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

2. Subscriptions

Scidart Academy offers various subscription plans for access to premium courses, workshops, and content. The terms and conditions related to subscriptions are outlined below:

Subscription Plans: We offer monthly, quarterly, and annual subscription plans. Upon selecting a subscription, you will be billed according to the plan you choose.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
In-App Purchases (IAP): Subscriptions or purchases made within the app (IAP) are processed through the Apple Store. Payment for these purchases is handled by Apple and is governed by their terms and conditions. To cancel or manage IAP subscriptions, you must do so through your Apple ID account settings.

3. Refund Policy

At Scidart Academy, we strive to provide the best learning experience. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription or course, you may request a refund based on the following guidelines:

Refunds for Subscription-Based Services:
- Within 7 days of purchase: If you are unsatisfied with your subscription or course, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. This applies only if you have not accessed more than 30% of the content.
- After 7 days: Once you have accessed more than 30% of the content, we are unable to process a refund. However, we may offer alternatives such as access to future sessions or course materials.
Refund Process for In-App Purchases (IAP):
- Refund requests for IAP (subscriptions or course purchases made through the Apple Store) must be handled directly with Apple. Please refer to Apple’s App Store refund policy to request a refund for IAPs. You can contact Apple support or follow the instructions available in your Apple account.
Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can do so through your account settings. For IAP subscriptions, you will need to follow the cancellation procedure via your Apple ID account.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refund Exceptions: We do not offer refunds for subscription charges after the renewal date. Refund requests due to technical issues on the user’s side (such as connectivity problems) will not be accepted.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to use Scidart Academy’s services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You agree not to misuse or exploit any of the services provided.

5. Modifications to the Service and Subscription Plans

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue our subscription plans and services at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you via email or through notifications within the app.

6. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, or if we believe that your actions are detrimental to the integrity or operation of our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, or from the unavailability of our services, or from any act or omission in connection with our services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Calicut, Kerala, India.
